Important Info. & Tips

  1. The network service areas and local providers are listed on the previous page.
  2. 【Daily Plan】Once you activate it, your data limit resets every day. If you use more than the daily limit, your speed slows down until the next day. A "day" is either 24 hours from when you start or based on Taipei time (midnight to midnight)—it’ll say which on the page.

【Total Data 】Once you use up all your data, you won't have internet for the rest of the period.

        3.  Activation Deadline: You have 180 days from purchase to activate your eSIM.

        4. Before buying, make sure your phone supports eSIM. You can check "Does My Phone Support eSIM?" on our website's homepage.

        5. Once you pay, we’ll send the eSIM QR code straight to your email, so make sure your email address is right!

        6. Heads up: The eSim QR code once it’s scanned, it's used up and can’t be refunded or returned.

        7. It’s best to download and install the eSIM as soon as you get the QR code. Just follow the instructions in the email, on our website, or watch our tutorial video.

        8. Your eSIM starts counting data and the active period only when you arrive at your destination and switch to the eSIM for network.

        9. Your network quality can be affected by things like landscape, weather, buildings, and the number of users. If you run into any issues, just reach out to our customer support.

       10. To keep things fair, telecom companies might limit data speeds for heavy users. This could slow down your internet or even cut it off. To avoid this, try not to stream videos or update apps for a long time.
